Entangling the Interrelationship Between Demographics Profiles, Referencing Competencies and Individual Performance in the Digital Environments

Digital competency is the ability of an individual to successfully navigate through abundance digital information available on Internet. Coincidently, rise leads significant importance referencing competency, which knowledge, skills, and properly manage resources. However, much focus has been given towards assessment rather than studying determinants impacts competency.
